Our response to COVID 19

Dear valued families and clients of Westcoast Child Development Group
and Spectrum Works Consulting Group,

As a result of directives from the government and health officials regarding the global health crisis, we have decided to take measures to guard the health and safety of our clients, staff, and clinicians while continuing to provide support and care to our clients.

As of March 18, 2020:
-Our clinicians will work remotely during their regularly scheduled hours and the administrative staff will work remotely Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
-All scheduled therapy appointments will be held on the phone or virtually through an online platform depending on the preference of clients and their clinician. This will be arranged through our administrators, Kate and Shafayat.
-Since this is a newer format for the majority of our clients, we will be sending an Online Consent Form that fully describes the process.
-Please review the form and be free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
-We will be revising our payment options and you will be receiving information on E-transfer payment options along with your invoice.
-Due to the circumstances, we are waiving our 24-hour cancellation fee until further notice.
-All scheduled assessments in March will be rescheduled as per your place in the cue as soon as possible given public health recommendations.

For questions about assessments and/or if you prefer to cancel your
scheduled therapy appointment rather than meet virtually, please contact Kate and Shafayat at info@childdevelopmentgroup.com or (604) 732-3222 as soon as possible and they will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

Kate and Shafayat will continue to schedule new appointments ongoing and answer your questions regarding available services at info@childdevelopmentgroup.com or (604) 732-3222.

We wish you and your families the best of health.

Warm Regards,
Andrea, Aaron, David, Kate, Kimberly, Leah, and Shafayat
